RE: 21.23 South William Street 45 Stone Street

Dear Mr. Radhakrishnan,

This letter is in response to your notice that there was debris and dust noted on the exterior and roof of the above referenced building. The building is currently under going a complete renovation, that I am the architect for, which has created the dust and debris in question. This renovation work includes repairs to the exterior brickwork and replacement of the roof slab as well as interior floor slabs. The saw cutting and work related to the slab replacement has left a gray dust through out the building. To confirm this I had an asbestos investigator carry out an inspection of the building and take samples for testing. All the ,samples tested negative for asbestos, please see the attached letter and report from the investigator and testing lab.

if you need any further information on this matter please feel free to call me anytime.

Rex A. Heuennann R.A.
