This lerl.er is in response to your request for our proposal covering facade restoration work at the captioned location acid we Are pleaseq to submit the following for your approval.
We propose to furnish all labor, material and equipment. necessary tools. machines and supervision to cnemlcally clean and controlled pressure rinse the following items.
"A" - WALL STREET ELEVATION - SAWN FINISHED GRAY GRANITE - All steps and platforms at ballroom entrance, two (2) main entrances and Fast and West entrances; all wall panels, windows, column bases and bullnoses of grade level (below balconies); all wall panels extending from top of platform at ballroom entrance to soffit between two (2) balconies; seventeen (17) columns, bases and capitals extendN g full length of elevation; decks of both balconies; all facts panels of both Dalconies; large decorative soffit at ballroom entrance; small raised soffit between lines of columns, all wall panels and twenty-four (24) window surrounds extending full length of elevation to cornice at fifth floor; cornice at fifth floor, top of cornice; all exterior window sills above cornice; all exterior wall panels from sixth floor to roof including all window surrounds, window sills, columns and cornice at roof.
