JLC is responsible for only the fiber counts within the limitations of the method described as NIOSH 7400. Among other limitations, this
method gives only an index of airborne fibers and provides only an estimate of asbestos concentration. Any and all claims arising out of
JLC's analysis of these samples are limited in recovery to the cost of analyzing samples. JLC accepts no other liability and the client
agrees to seek no costs beyond the above.
