The recoveries for five of the eighteen compounds in the MDL and LCS Standards were outside of their acceptance ranges. Recoveries for two of the eighteen compounds in the Spiked Sample were below their acceptance ranges. The Spiked Duplicate Sample was lost due to a laboratory accident. The level of bis(2-Ethylhexy!)phthalate in the Laboratory Blank was 24 ug/L due to a laboratory accident. The recovery for one of the three Surrogate Standards in this sample was below its acceptance range.
